Our team has been in real estate and construction for decades, we are constantly maintaining properties, or planning our next upkeep project.
Quality Management: “It’s all about you!” Our tenants are our priority. We treat them like the valuable customers that they are and provide the quality service they deserve. We obtain this by being flexible, easily accessible, and friendly.

Our history

The owners started investing and reviving buildings in this great city of Providence, RI in 2010. They have a passion for bringing properties back to life and creating great quality apartments for their tenants.

Collectively V4 Management now manages over 130 units in the Providence Area.

Carlos is the President of the company & leads daily operations and development of new properties & major projects. Although we have a large team, if something is ever broken, don't be surprised to see Carlos!

Jennifer - Leasing & Short-Term Rentals

Jennifer directs all aspects of our short-term and long-term rental portfolio. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail behind the scenes helps us provide the quality we strive for!

Neda manages operations and leasing of our short-term and long-term rentals. Her dedication to exceptional service and efficient operations plays a key role in delivering positive experiences for our guests and tenants!

Alex- Project Manager

Aurora- Assistant Property Manager

Alex manages projects of all sizes across our entire portfolio. You may also see or hear from her from time to time, as she helps support our day-to-day operations as well.

Aurora- Assistant Property Manager

Aurora comes from a property management background and has also assisted with her family's cleaning company, giving her a strong understanding of both property operations and the importance of maintaining high standards. She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making sure every property is well cared for.
